On Work Level, both a company posting and a candidate CV are anonymised by default: company or candidate name, contact details, photo, and any information allowing direct identification.
Anonymity is only lifted by mutual agreement, typically after technical interviews and before the final interview with the client or employer. Either party may refuse to lift their anonymity at any time, without justification.
Work Level's internal HR team has access to identifying information only to the extent necessary for profile validation and matching. Each access is logged and viewable in the audit log.
