Why exchange rather than recruit?

Some needs are too short to justify a traditional recruitment: a three-week boost on a technical sprint, a one-off expertise while waiting for a permanent hire. Resource exchange allows two companies already on Work Level to lend a validated profile, reciprocally and anonymously.

• Submit a precise request: skill, duration, expected work mode.
• View reciprocal offerings from other partner companies, also anonymised.
• Validate the exchange once both profiles are accepted, with a 'Validated' badge.
• Maintain reciprocal anonymity until the secondment agreement is signed.

A governed process

Resource exchange remains subject to the same confidentiality and traceability rules as the rest of the platform: every introduction is logged, and identity disclosure cannot occur without both parties' consent.
